Knowledge in word excel , Mailing Sending purchase order for oems Order processing, delivery schedule from OEM to customer Accounting ,creating Purchase order , invoice and Delivery challans Checking purchase order of customer with correct terms and condition Gstr filing , stock statements ,bank reconciliation, Maintaining expenses and Debtors Report /Payable Pricing from OEM Following up for delivery and OA to customer Booking keeping , accounts , preparing cheque for oem , maintaining accounts Good communication skills Language known: English ,Kannada, Hindi, Telugu (but English ,Hindi Mandatory) Responsible for Admin activity Timing -9:00am to 6pm
