Functional Responsibilities
Business Line of Credit (BLOC) Limit Management team is responsible for profitably underwriting limits for customers and prospective customers applying for the Business Line of Credit product. The team utilizes customer application data, internal and external bureau data and derives the most suitable initial line at application for each approved customer.

Functional responsibilities of the successful candidate will include:
Drive billing, revenue growth and profitability through advanced analytical techniques
Demonstrate learning agility, make decisions quickly and with the highest level of integrity
Intensive case reviews to identify opportunities and drive efficient risk strategies
Optimizing our existing strategies by leveraging the various data sources
Innovate with a focus on developing newer and better approaches
Partnering with RPDS, decision science, compliance and other teams for evaluation and implementation of initial line strategies
Qualifications
Past experience:
1-3 years experience in Analytics, Data Science, Machine Learning or related fields
Academic bankground: MBA, Master's Degree In Economics, Statistics Or Related Fields From Top Tier Institute
Functional Skills/Capabilities:• Ability to drive project deliverables to achieve business results• Ability to work effectively in a team environment• Strong communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to learn quickly and work independently
• Good Programming skills are a must• Excellent problem formulation and solving skills
Technical Skills/Capabilities:• SAS, R, Python, Hive, Spark, SQL • Advanced Statistical Techniques • Hands on programming and ability to design
