Role purpose:The _VOIS Leadership Hiring Lead will be responsible for overlooking the global efforts to attract and hire leadership talent for _VOIS. This includes developing and implementing strategies to identify, attract and hire top talent, as well as improving the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the leadership recruitment process. This role closely works with the Group's TA Leadership team to align with the group's leadership hiring strategies.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
Develop and implement global strategies to attract and hire top leadership talent for _VOIS aligned to the wider Group strategy.
Collaborate with business leaders and other internal stakeholders to understand their leadership hiring needs and develop recruitment plans.
Represent _VOIS leadership hiring needs into Group TA and act as the _VOIS interface for all leadership recruitment requests supported by Group.
Design and implement highly effective results-driven talent research strategies and practices for markets across the globe.
Develop methodologies and processes for leadership assessment in collaboration with global and regional stakeholders.
Build and manage a proactive leadership pipeline through external succession planning and talent mapping to ensure a steady flow of top leadership talent for the organization's future needs.
Provide external benchmark recommendations & market intel to support a rigorous process around leadership searches. Publish Talent Insights and share industry competitive intelligence for extended ecosystem.
Monitor and analyse key talent acquisition metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and make data-driven decisions
Manage and develop a team of global recruiters, providing coaching, development, and guidance as needed
Lead and execute efforts to ensure inclusive hiring practices at leadership levels, including developing and implementing strategies to attract and retain diverse leadership talent.
Identify new efficient, effective and sustainable candidate sourcing channels to meet current and future leadership talent needs.
Develop and maintain relationships with key external partners, such as recruitment agencies and search firms
Monitor performance of External Agencies based on agreed SLA's and be responsible for Contract Renewal and negotiation.
Who you are
Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
15+ years of experience with full life cycle in TA recruiting
Strong experience in building and managing an executive or leadership recruiting function.
Ability of successfully developing and executing talent acquisition strategies.
Strong Interpersonal Skills with ability to build relationships with diverse group of stakeholders.
Ability to analyse and interpret data to identify global leadership recruitment trends and areas for improvement.
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
Bachelor/Master's degree in relevant discipline from a recognized university.
