Purpose of the Job
This role associates with our Customers, Customer Experience team, Operations
Fleet supervisor, Operations Manager, Operations Head to run an end-to-end data
driven operations agenda with direct impact on business results.
The role is responsible for maintaining bike quality and serving them to
customers. This role requires utmost dedication to serve each and every customer
with ownership.
What will you do?
Serving bikes to customers (Pick-up)
Receiving bikes from customers (Drop-off)
Maintaining quality of bikes by taking the vehicle to service center or local
mechanic
