Qualifications
and Requirements:
15-20 Years of Experience in Field Service Activities of
Steam Turbines and Generators.
Experience
in Leading a Team is desirable.
Bachelor's
degree in mechanical engineering.
Lead,
Guide Team of Field Service Engineers for providing effective Service Solutions
to Customers of the SST 200 / SST 300 /DR Fleet.
Coordinate
with Execution, Sales, and Repair teams to ensure effective results with
customer.
Focus
on achieving customer satisfaction for Products and Solutions of the
company.
Prompt
response to customer calls in order to ensure prompt solutions to customer for
their problems
Ensure
that the Service Engineers are conducting their activities following the organization
rules on Compliance, environment, Health and Safety.
Implement quality management system, process quality
measurement systems, working procedures & guidelines, initiate corrective
and preventive measures in consultation with Manager – Localization (as
required) IN ORDER TO implement QMS, achievement of quality objectives and
improve customer satisfaction.
