JR63173 Program Manager Facilities Engineering
Responsibilities
Project Management: Lead and manage all phases of greenfield construction projects, from initial planning through to completion. Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders, including clients, contractors, regulatory agencies, and internal teams. Ensure clear, consistent, and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Team Leadership: Assemble and lead project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors. Foster a collaborative and high-performance environment.
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Quality Assurance: Implement and oversee quality control processes to ensure the highest standards of construction. Conduct regular site inspections and audits.
Budget Oversight: Monitor project expenditures and ensure financial accountability. Optimize resource allocation and manage cost-saving initiatives.
Reporting: Provide regular project status updates to senior management. Prepare detailed reports on project progress, performance metrics, and risk assessments.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., PMP, LEED) are a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on greenfield construction projects. Proven experience in managing mega construction projects is essential.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
