Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamicExecutive Directorto oversee a$5 -10 million USD portfolioand lead a large team of professionals, focused on servingCapital Market & Wealth Managementclients. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background inmanagement consulting,presales, andstakeholder management, along with proven experience in delivering complexManagement Consulting/SolutioningforCapital Market & Wealth Managementclients. Will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of multiple projects, maintaining client satisfaction, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Project and Delivery Management:
Oversee end-to-end delivery across a portfolio of projects within theCapital Market & Wealth Managementsector.
Manage and lead a large team ofresources, ensuring timely delivery, P&L management, and quality standards.
Ensure effective project governance, risk management, and escalation processes are in place for all projects.
Continuously monitor and improve delivery processes and methodologies to drive operational efficiency.
Stakeholder Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders, including C-level executives.
Build strong relationships with clients to understand their strategic objectives and ensure alignment with delivered solutions.
Act as a trusted advisor, providing proactive solutions and insights to drive client success.
Conduct regular business reviews and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Management Consulting:
Provide expert consulting services toCapital Market & Wealth Managementclients, assisting them in transforming their business processes and IT strategies.
Identify opportunities to enhance service offerings and help clients navigate digital transformation initiatives.
Lead business analysis and problem-solving efforts, helping clients identify areas for optimization and innovation.
Sales and Business Development:
Lead Sales activities, including solution design, proposal development, and client presentations.
Drive the expansion of the portfolio by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing client accounts.
Participate in RFP responses, engage in client discussions, and create winning proposals that meet both client requirements and organizational goals.
P&L Management:
Own $5-10 million + USD portfolio, ensuring profitability and responsible financial management.
Track financial performance, including revenue, margin, and cost optimization.
Monitor and control project budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities without compromising delivery quality.
Team Leadership and Development:
Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of project managers, consultants, and technical professionals.
Foster a high-performance culture through continuous learning, development, and employee engagement.
Support resource allocation and workforce planning to meet current and future project demands.
Process Improvement and Innovation:
Continuously assess and enhance delivery frameworks, methodologies, and tools to increase project efficiency and effectiveness.
Drive innovation by adopting emerging technologies and best practices in IT service delivery.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, particularly within the Capital Market & Wealth Management sector.
Required Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA or other relevant advanced degrees are preferred.
Experience:
15+ yearsof experience in IT services / Management Consulting, with at least10 yearsin a leadership role.
Proven track record of managing a large-scale portfolio (over $5-10 million USD) in the Capital Market / Wealth Management domain.
Experience in managing Large teams of professionals across multiple locations.
Strong expertise inCapital Market / Wealth Management,stakeholder managementanddelivery.
Prior experienceSalesandbusiness development, including successful client engagements.
Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of theCapital Market & Wealth Managementindustry, including regulatory requirements, technology trends, and client expectations.
Key Skills:
Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to drive large teams to achieve strategic goals.
Client Management: Exceptional client-facing and stakeholder management capabilities, particularly at the executive level.
Capital Market / Wealth Management Expertise: Ability to provide strategic consulting and advisory services, particularly around digital transformation.
Project Delivery: Solid understanding of delivery methodologies, including Agile, DevOps, and traditional project management.
Financial Acumen: Strong financial management skills with experience handling budgets of over $5-10 million USD.
Presales Acumen: Experience supporting sales teams with presales activities and growing client accounts.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with clients and stakeholders.
