We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Corporate Tax to join our team. This role is located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu /Pune Maharashtra - Hybrid.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
Lead and drive standardization of Executive packs across different planning cycles. Responsible for preparation, review and messaging of Management Packs like MBR, Board deck and other Ad hoc group packs.Own / lead automation / digitization of Business Reports including prioritization, delivery management and risk escalations during change transition.
Support development and agreement of planning objectives, Group Planning approach papers with senior management.
Understand the pain areas and provide recommendations for a more efficient and effective end to end MI solutions including technology related aspects.
Contribute to transformational agenda and support all Global initiatives as applicable.
Develop innovative, inventive solutions to evolve and deliver meaningful reporting and analytics to support all Planning Cycles.
Partner with Product Leaders and Corporate leaders to design and implement Standard Global Processes across all areas of planning and track implementation effectiveness and gaps on a continued basis.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
Bachelor's Degree and Chartered Accountant or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
7-10 years of total work experience in market risk preferred.
Experience in tax compliance or accounting preferred.
