About this opportunity:
We are hiring for a Network Operations Circle Head/ Network Program Director (NPD) for NEO CU West for a circle as per new business scope. This position shall be end to end responsible for the Network contract fulfilment and profitability, ensuring that all products and/or services are delivered according to contractual obligations and requirements for the customer. The NPD acts as Ericsson's counterpart of the Customer's C-level to ensure customer satisfaction and serve as the partner concern point for all service delivery activities towards the customer (internally and externally). The NPD is prime responsible for scope management including but not limited to; planning, delivery and customer acceptance, as well as identifying and driving business lead generation opportunities through add on sales
What you will do
Transform customer requirements and expectations at a high level into a solution that Ericsson can realize as a customer engagement
Mentoring the team, to interact with them and to support them in their professional growth, and to identify and recognize talents.
Building a Customer Relationship at C-Level (IT, Engineering, Marketing, Finance etc.)
Supporting asset and organizational set-up and growth; a main contributor to the Professional Service culture growth, delivery methodology
You will bring
Academics: University degree in Engineering or equivalent. Master's degree considered an advantage
15 + years of relevant experience, from within the Telcom industry on leading Complex and Critical Projects/Programs.
Must have proven track record in leading Telco, on Build, Optimize & Integration Engagements along with Proof of Concepts, Network Product Integrations & SW Network Wide Upgrades working on the latest technology telecommunications have to offer
Excellent financial experience and knowledge.
Highly developed solid grasp of business process, including tender and sales
Excellent Consulting skills with a consistent record as a focused Senior Consultant to the customer.
In depth knowledge of the telecom industry, including a detailed understanding of economic/ commercial political issues affecting the industry.
Excellent Leadership abilities proven through line manager or other comparable positions.
Ability to drive team engagements in a tough and time critical environment, whilst adhering to high standards of Health and Safety.
Results oriented. Able to work independently and take a logical and orderly approach to analyzing problems, coordinating work and planning actions
Ability to communicate effectively at the senior level; must have outstanding communication skills to influence others and meet timelines while building positive relationships both internally and externally.
Seek and lead up-sales opportunities
Communicates and articulates complex concepts clearly, precisely, and concisely. Proficient written and verbal skills in English
