At the Noida site we have our one of the global NOC center.
The Ericsson Wallet Platform is a product which enables our customers to provide mobile financial services. Customers are operators and banks, both of whom have very high expectations on the level of security which this financial solution provides and the way the solution is operated, integrated, and customized.

What you will do 
•    Be responsible for the coordination, management and execution of proactive and reactive maintenance activities that require a higher level of support.
•    Change Introduction impact analysis Support.
•    Able to investigate, debug and reproduce issues, provide fixes and workarounds, and verify changes to ensure continued operability of the software solution.
•    Contribute to meeting the SLAs and KPIs as applicable for our customers.
•    Handle calls/bridges for ongoing Issues and update all stakeholders on progress/analysis/resolution.
•    Be part of our shift roaster to cover operational needs.
You will bring 
Degree in Software Engineering or similar. 
Solid Linux/Unix handling knowledge.
Experience in container technologies e.g. Docker/Kubernetes.
Minimum 1 year of experience in the IT security industry, preferably working in a SOC/NOC environment
Better understanding of :-
•    SSL/TLS
•    Vulnerability assessment and Management
•    Public Key Infrastructure
•    Working knowledge of TCP/IP and networking concepts
•    Certificate Management
•    Compliances and policy
a.    PCI
b.    CIS
c.    NIST
d.    ISO
•    Experience in container technologies e.g. Docker/Kubernetes
•    Scripting (e.g. Shell, Python, Ansible)
•    Security technologies (SIEM, firewalls, IDS/IPS, HIPS, proxies, vulnerability scanners, AV, etc.)
•    Digital Forensics/investigations
•    Excellent documentation and verbal skills .
•    Should be flexible to work 24*7
•    Meritorious is to have demonstrated ability from Mobile Commerce, online banking, or the IT area of the financial sector that have worked in.
•    ITIL processes knowledge is a merit.
•    Knowing or having background in service operations (problem, event, incident mgmt.) and service transition (change and knowledge mgmt.)
•    Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
•    Excellent active listening skills.
•    Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations.
•    Problem solving and root cause identification skills.
•    Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others.
