About this opportunity
Understand the Data Science process and ways of working. Participate in understanding and brainstorming a business scenario and available data to arrive at a hypothesis. Use case creation from data. Lead/Drive creation of business scenarios and available data to arrive at hypothesis. Use case creation from data, understand the architectural impacts of proposed use cases.
Analyse and recommend design considerations for scalability, performance, streaming, and algorithmic complexity of the solution components.
What you will do
• Experience in analysing complex problems and translate it into algorithms.
• High customer focus with high accountability for delivering high-quality products.
• Very strong skills in software development using Advanced Python
• Backend development in Rest APIs using Flask, Fast API
• Deployment experience with CI/CD pipelines
• Working knowledge of handling data sets and data pre-processing through PySpark
• Have experience of GCP cloud
• Solid communication and presentation skills
• Furthermore, we believe you are curious, innovative, high own self-drive, and collaborative.
• Writing queries to target Casandra, PostgreSQL database.
• Design Principles in application development.
• Experience of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA, web services, REST)
• Experience of agile development.
• Experience with GCP BigQuery
• Have experience in general tools and techniques: E.g. Docker, K8s, GIT, Argo WorkFlow
The skills you bring
• Bachelor's with >3 years of relevant experience OR Masters with >2 years of relevant experience OR Ph.D. in Comp Science/Statistics/Mathematics with >2 years of relevant experience
• Basic understanding of statistics, machine learning
• End to end deployment using container images on K8s
• Real time data ingestion
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work in a team
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
