Job Description
EVERSANA data & analytics practice is growing rapidly. We are actively looking for a strong Leader with solid knowledge of Marketing Intelligence/ Marketing Analytics to help support the rapid growth and expansion of the practice.
Location: Bengaluru, India
Primary responsibilities include:
Take a leadership role in implementing EVERSANA business vision and objectives and supporting the strategic development of the business
Play an active role in Marketing Intelligence practice development and build strong capabilities and solutions as per market and client needs
Lead multi-client engagement teams – structure and build team capabilities to deliver innovative and effective solutions with high levels of client delight
Design, develop, and refine marketing mix models to evaluate the effectiveness of various promotional activities, including digital, offline, and omnichannel campaigns (required)
Integrate pharmaceutical-specific factors such as physician engagement, patient adherence, formulary positioning, and market dynamics into MMM frameworks (required)
Build and maintain advanced attribution models to assess the impact of digital and multichannel marketing efforts with strong technical expertise and hands-on experience (required)
Work with large datasets and integrate diverse data sources, including sales, claims, digital engagement, and market research data (required)
Oversee development of project and product plans to ensure successful completion, on-time and within budget
Play a lead role in business development, building client relationships and identifying new business opportunities with existing and new clients
Engage closely with cross-functional EVERSANA teams to ensure D&A capabilities and solutions reach clients
Recruit new team members; manage and coach junior team members and serve as a subject matter expert and thought partner to colleagues across EVERSANA
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
Undergraduate degree from a top-tier institution with a relevant concentration (e.g., computer science, statistics, economics, operations research, pharma) and strong academic record with 10+ years of relevant work experience (required)
Advanced degree(s) (e.g., MBA, PhD, MD) (highly preferred)
Demonstrated track record of success in leadership, planning and execution of diverse engagements in life sciences or healthcare industry (required)
Expertise on commercial analytics solutions such as SFE, Market Analytics (Market Mix, Test & Control, ANCOVA), Forecasting, Machine Learning, Omnichannel, Patient analytics and RWE solutions (required)
Experience in analyzing data using SQL, Python/R (required)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent communication skills and ability to deal with unstructured real-world problems (required)
