The gig
Own Risk analytics for all of PhonePe
End-to-end analytics support will include ownership of designing the right team structure, hiring, capability building & setting and maintaining a high bar for data driven problem solving
Be an integral part of the pod strategy in all central functions and go beyond being an analytics counterpart.
Be a thought leader and guide the Risk team in leveraging data & analytics to drive tactical & strategic decisions
Be able to influence stakeholders across various functions to drive initiatives & data driven decision making
Collaborate closely with the business, and product functions to understand the business problem and translate them into the right analytical problem statement
Own the entire insight generation phase and work on deep, thorough analysis to provide unbiased answers on the identified problem statement. These insights and decisions will be influenced based on your presentation of the evidence, backed by data-driven hypothesis
Own the charter to reduce Fraud and keep our users safe by deploying algorithms and using new tools to build up future of risk analytics.
Job requirements
Minimum 14 years of analytics experience in relevant roles
Minimum 7-8 years of experience leading analytics team as a people manager
MInimum 5 years of experience with advance analytics & statistical modeling
Strong problem solving & analytical skills
Penchant for business & curiosity to understand how the product works
