Job Overview:The leading offbeat and experiential tour company, known for their unique concept - based trails, curating memorable travel adventures, providing top-notch services, and ensuring unparalleled customer satisfaction that have helped create a different narrative of Goa are seeking a Digital Marketing Executive to join their team and play a pivotal role in driving their marketing initiatives to new heights.Job Responsibilities:Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.).Analyze and report on the performance of SEM campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.Team management experience, handling a Team of 4-5 members.Willingness to travel on field to capture on-site content and engage with target audiences.Job Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.Proven experience in SEO/SEM with a track record of successful campaigns.Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and best practices.Candidates with 1 or 2 years' experience in video and editing can apply.Proficiency in photography and video production, with knowledge of editing tools.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Willingness to travel for on-field content creation.Location - GoaFor any further details please write to us on[email protected]>
