Role Purpose:
Operations of applications based on K2view.
Bug-Fix / enhancement of existing Code.
Incident & Problem Management
Change management & deployment.
Stakeholder management.
Troubleshooting & analysis of job failures and user issues
Support cloud migration project
Working closely with customer for deployment of application on AWS Cloud
Building logging and monitoring dashboards into AWS environment
