Compliance & Data Analytics Manager
About this opportunity!
We are looking for an Ericsson Group Management System (EGMS) Compliance Manager to be part of a team of experts within the Group Management System and Group Process Management Office / GFGO Strategy & Ericsson Management System / Group Management System and Group Process Management, driving global core digitalization activities & core EGMS Compliance Management and development activities.
Tasks furthermore include automation and digitalization matters, EGMS Compliance Management activities on a Group level and for the full community of EGMS Compliance Managers.

What you will do
This role includes, but is not limited to:
•    Be part of a team of experts on EGMS and compliance management matters.
•    Develop and deploy improvements, simplification, and digitalization efforts in the area of EGMS Compliance Management activities, through Automation, Machine Learning & AI, Process Mining, Business Intelligence and Process Improvement.
•    Be part of the Group Management System & Group Process Management Community, supporting team/cross team collaboration and knowledge sharing.
You will bring
•    Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science/ Finance & Accounting.
•    Working experience min 4-5 years of experience in compliance area, preferred in multicultural environment, preferable gained in a matrix organization with comparable complexity.
•    A high level of integrity with character consistent with Ericsson values of respect, professionalism, and perseverance; must be empathetic and willing to listen.
•    Strong knowledge Process and Compliance Management, including audit and assessments.
•    Proven experience in the areas of technology driven innovation and digitalization.
•    Strong communication skills to interact with business stakeholders and understand their requirements.
•    Experience of leading and influencing indirect reporting colleagues.
•    Ability to evaluate complex situations and problem-solving skills.
•    Solid Business understanding of Ericsson Portfolio and Strategy.
•    Proactivity, and continuous Learning mindset.
•    Excellent interpersonal, written communication and oral presentation skills.
•    Fluent English written and speaking skills,
•    Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Technical skills
•    Preferred Experience: developing digitalize solutions, dashboards such as power BI and Tableau, Power Apps, BOT developments, Office 365 with focus in excel.
•    Certified / Good understanding of ISO 9001 (Quality), 14001 (Environment), 45001 (OHS), 27001 (information Security) and willingness to take trainings and develop knowledge within these areas.
