Core Responsibilities
:
· Execute and oversee daily administrative tasks with precision to ensure seamless office operations and productivity.
· Manage travel bookings and arrangements for employees traveling to different sites across India. Coordinating with travel agencies, hotels, and transportation services to ensure smooth travel logistics.
· Handle vendor management, including sourcing, negotiating contracts, and maintaining relationships with vendors across India.
· Overseeing PAN India procurement activities, including purchasing office supplies, equipment, and other necessary items.
· Efficiently coordinate meetings, appointments, and events, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Also, seamlessly align with every location point of contact to ensure efficient workings at all branches.
· Maintaining accurate documentation of administrative activities, including travel records, vendor contracts, procurement transactions, and other relevant documents.
· Collaborating with internal departments to address administrative needs and provide support as required.
· Serve as a proficient communicator, bridging the gap between employees and management through prompt and clear correspondence.
· Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements related to travel, procurement, and vendor management.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
· Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a multi-site or PAN India organization.
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
· Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
· Familiarity with travel booking systems and procurement tools is preferred.
· Willingness to travel frequently across India.
· Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.
