About the team: Public Relations is the strategic communication of Paytm responsible for maintaining or cultivating public image and/or responding to public discourse.
About the role: The Content Writer will be in charge of the content curation on-site and push communication. This includes creating and composing banners based on the campaigns and events that are being planned. They will also be in charge of developing Social Media Content & Strategy, as well as maintaining & managing social media accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Curate and follow an editorial calendar, collaborating with the business teams to ensure well-established messaging and narrative.
- Well-researched news content for press releases.
- Able to complete drafts of content or finished projects within deadlines.
-Coordinate with business teams to curate news.
-Utilize industry best practices and familiarity with the organization's mission to inspire ideas and content.
- Understand and contribute to exchange filings, such as earnings releases and other IR content.
- Develop related content for multiple platforms, such as websites, product notes, graphics, videos, and blogsUse search engine optimization (SEO) strategies in writing to maximize the online visibility of a website in search results.
Qualifications:
5-7 years of experience in contentwriting.
Proven record of excellent writing demonstrated in a professional portfolio, preferably in journalism.
Impeccable grasp of the English language, including idioms and current trends in slang and expressions
Fast learner with an ability to work independently with little or no daily supervision.
Have an understanding of stock market and listed companies
Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to communicate with colleagues and management.
Ability to work on multiple projects with different objectives simultaneously.
Good time management skills, including prioritizing, scheduling, and adapting as necessary with computers, especially writing programs, such as Google Docs and Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Education:Graduation required
