Job Description
In this role, you will be actively involved in the design of global compensation strategies. Your responsibilities include managing compensation programs, processes, and policies within your respective region while adhering to our global frameworks, philosophy, and PVP (People Value Proposition). As the Compensation Manager, you will serve as the primary subject matter expert and advisor on all aspects related to broad-based compensation analytics, processes, communication, and strategy. Your expertise will be invaluable to our Business Leaders, HR Business Partners, and various cross-functional teams, both regionally and globally.
Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:
SME providing guidance on compensation-related issues for business partners and the People Team, interpreting salary data, and performing analyses to provide insights, cost structuring, and recommendations to support our growth strategy.
Work closely with different teams and partner on various initiatives of the business with a particular focus on collaboration with our global compensation and benefits team to ensure world-class applicability and sustained employee engagement as Vialto Partners continues its rapid growth.
Vital member of the Global People Team and the Global Compensation team by supporting global compensation programs, including all elements of total cash compensation and recognition. Partner within the Global -Compensation Team as a consultant, advisor, and subject matter expert to our Business Leaders, HR Business Partners, and multiple cross-functional teams enabling them to deliver our Global Total Compensation principles, progressive competitive positioning within the marketplace, talent management, Vialto growth and employee value proposition.
Key leader for all aspects of year-end compensation processes, costing, planning, market analyses, quantitative summaries, and communications in collaboration with global team and other leadership and HR stakeholders
Conduct job evaluations to match positions against market survey positions in partnership with the Global Compensation team to ensure global alignment.
Complete compensation external surveys and conduct market pricing, competitive intelligence, legislative compensation update analyses across different functions and countries to ensure internal equity, compliance, progressive external competitiveness, and alignment to the company's global compensation philosophy.
Advise and partner with the business leaders, People Team, and Talent Acquisition teams to ensure the effective use of compensation data, which includes ensuring clear alignment to Vialto's job architecture
Develop immerse analytical modeling and due diligence for various compensation and benefits, M&A and special projects to successfully identify opportunities to execute within the respective region.
Collaborate with the global team in managing local vendor relations and contracts with our benchmark providers and advisors.
Anticipate and ensure legal compliance on matters related to audit, CBA and mandatory pay impact for strategic cost planning and approvals.
Required Skills:
Minimum of 10 years of increasing accountability and success in the areas of compensation design, analyses, education, and socialization of rewards programs in a high-growth, go-to-market, high-tech, global organization
Passion and inspired by data storytelling with strong analytics expertise with high proficiency in Google environment (sheets, docs, slides)
Ability to demonstrate integrity and maintain confidentiality. Nimble, quick learner, curious, and an independent, proactive working style - able to work with limited direction
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment in which decisions are made collaboratively and within a high-performing, engaging team at all levels and across multiple time zones
Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated success working with all levels of an organization
Experience with interpretation and applying local regulatory/statutory requirements for compensation and benefits
Required to be fluent in English with excellent presentation, written and spoken communication
