How will you make an impact in this role?
·Conduct audience analytics/segmentation on website traffic and create marketing strategies to drive profitable acquisitions by targeting Prospects on Shop with Personalized content & offers on Amex website in Intl. markets
·Evaluate the impact of different strategies on business outcomes and generate recommendations based on insights
·Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, Product) to prioritize and plan strategies/initiatives
Minimum Qualifications
MBA or a master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science or Economics)
At least 2 years of relevant work experience in analytics supporting either risk, marketing, or digital product functions.
Strong technical and analytical skills with ability to apply quantitative methods and business skills to drive business results.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and across a matrix organization partnering with business partners, functional owners, capabilities, technology teams and external vendors.
Strong programming skills are preferred. Experience with Big Data programming is a plus.
