Job Objective:Activities & Responsibilities:Quality Assurance Team/ Academic ImplementationResponsible for all the activities listed in the JD of QATCheck academic parameters basis the academic quality checklist and report the same to the Head of Academic ExcellencePrepare and implement the action plan basis the gaps identified during the school visitEnsure implementation of Ryan Lesson plansEnsure adherence of assigned schools to all academic guidelines shared by COEnsure maintenance of all processes as listed in the Academic Manual by the school and school headImplementation of academic practices covered during teacher trainingResponsible for overall academic improvement of each schools assigned to this individual.Qualifications:BEd/MEdExperience:4 to 7 years of experience in Project implementations. Been involved in school projects and eventsSkills & Competencies:Strong Operations ManagementGood understanding of Human behavior
