As a Consultant you will serve as a client-facing practitioner who sells, leads and implements expert services utilizing the breadth of IBM's offerings and technologies. A successful Consultant is regarded by clients as a trusted business advisor who collaborates to provide innovative solutions used to solve the most challenging business problems.
You will work developing solutions that excel at user experience, style, performance, reliability, and scalability to reduce costs and improve profit and shareholder value.
Your primary responsibilities include:Configure and maintain Workday Core HCM modules, including but not limited to: Human Resources, Core Compensation, Reporting and Security.
Collaborate with Client's Project team, HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into effective Workday configurations and solutions.
Utilize consulting abilities, business acumen, and specialized solution proficiency to seamlessly integrate the functionalities into the client's business ecosystem, ensuring the attainment of the client expected business result.
Optimize and maintain the Workday system, ensuring data integrity, system security, and compliance with regulatory standards.
Provide end-user training and support, addressing queries, conducting workshops, and creating documentation to enhance user understanding and adoption of Workday functionalities.
Troubleshoot system issues, investigate errors, and provide timely resolutions to ensure system reliability and user satisfaction.
Collaborate with technical teams to design, develop, and test integrations between Workday and other HR systems or third-party applications.
Stay updated with Workday releases, new features, and industry trends, evaluating their impact, and proposing relevant system enhancements.
