We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
to join our leadership team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both software and
manufacturing industries, with a preference for those with telecommunications (telco) experience.
This role is critical in driving the financial strategy, planning, and analysis to support our company's
growth and operational efficiency.
What you'll do:

Strategic Financial Leadership:
Lead the FP&A function, providing strategic financial insights and recommendations to the executive team.
Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
Financial Planning & Analysis:
Oversee the annual budgeting process, quarterly forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to drive business decisions.
Operational Efficiency:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes and improve operational efficiency.
Implement best practices in financial planning, reporting, and analysis.
Business Partnering:
Act as a strategic partner to business units, providing financial guidance and support.
Work closely with stakeholders to understand their financial needs and challenges.
Reporting & Compliance:
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
Maintain compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Team Leadership:
Build and lead a high-performing FP&A team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
Mentor and develop team members to achieve their full potential
What you should have:

Minimum of 10 years of experience in FP&A, with significant experience in both software and manufacturing industries.
Proven track record of strategic financial leadership and business partnering.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Experience in the telecommunications industry is a plus.
Proficiency in financial software and tools.
