Vice President, Release Train Engineer

We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Release Train Engineer to join our Loans Enablement Engineering team. This role is located in Pune, Maharashtra– HYBRID
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: 
Leads a group within the Platform consisting of multiple cross functional development pods that are aligned with the vision of the Platform Operating Model
Drives activities leading up to and around the PI Planning event, including leading continuous improvement workshops (Inspect and Adapt) at the end of each PI to reflect and identify improvement backlog items which drive improvement opportunities for the group.
Manage risks and dependencies, ensuring alignment between strategy and execution.
Drive and facilitate the release process to ensure quality outcome 
Manage and track the adoption of each releases and benefit realization/actualization of each releases
Manage and optimize program flow, facilitating PI Planning and readiness.
Aggregate Team PI Objectives into Program PI Objectives.
Track and report status, ensuring value delivery.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: 
Bachelor's degree in business or technical-related discipline, or equivalent work experience required; advanced degree preferred.
Years of experience 14+ years
Extensive experience in providing consulting advice to senior IT and business management required; experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
Strong knowledge of Lean-Agile principles, practices, frameworks, and methods.
Understanding of company organizational model, structure, and Agile journey history.
Effective facilitation and teaching methods.
Coaching and mentoring approaches, including the distinction between the two.
Ability to drive decisions and resolve conflicts across multiple parties.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Experience successfully running agile projects of varying size and complexity.
