We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Proposal Development II to join our Treasury Services' Commercialization team. This role is located in Pune, MH – HYBRID.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
Manages small team of employees providing day to day direction and responsible for achievement of team goals and objectives, talent management and local supervision of team members
Responsible for coordinating with the Head of Proposals and DDQ and the Head of Sales Enablement to allocate work within the team
Oversees team's work on proposal drafts, responses to RFPs and Due Diligence Requests to ensure all deliverables are completed on time
Oversees graphic design work for a wide range of presentations and design deliverables created by the Graphic Designers on the team with ability to apply corporate Brand Guidelines to all client deliverables
Creates persuasive client facing presentations /materials as well as compelling internal Sales Enablement deliverables (e.g. sales aids)
Oversees legal/business/brand reviews and go/no go decisions for all projects as necessary
Contributes to overall success of client facing deliverables through drafting and research, effective writing/editing that showcase Treasury Services and BNY as a leading service provider
Utilizes tracking tools and project plans to track all relevant project information throughout the project lifecycle and across the team's deliverables, including maintaining accurate data for report generation
Contributes to business revenue goals directly by working on large or complex deals to generate compelling proposal responses and presentations for clients globally, across industries
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience in business management or related field is required
5-7 years of relevant experience in financial services preferred, knowledge of Treasury Services a plus
English language fluency (verbal and written)
Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills (required)
Strong organizational, project management and time management skills (required)
Experience in proposal development and due diligence response preferred
Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat and SharePoint; familiarity with InDesign, Proposal Management Software
Strong copywriting and document/presentation design skills preferred
Detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple complex projects and deadlines across the team at any given time in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrates a commitment to continuous improvement to drive efficiencies and optimal client experience
Ability to work independently and make fact-based decisions while holding project stakeholders accountable
