We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President I to join ourFCC Transaction Monitoring team. This role is located inPune/ MH– HYBRID.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
Supports the day-to-day efforts related to assessing whether assigned areas are in compliance with relevant laws, rules, regulations and policies and that control mechanisms are being deployed as expected.
Must have people management responsibility – Should have managed a team.
Able to prioritize daily tasks and work queues to accurately meet client deliverables across team's client base.
Prepares reports for management on deliverable status and reviews reports with more senior roles to confirm accuracy and completeness.
Review existing processes / applications and identify opportunities for improvement and support the development of Monthly Service Packs.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience required.
Oral and written communication skills in English and the ability to understand compliance policies and process assigned tasks in accordance with procedures.
Strong analytical skills, understanding of complex issues, ability to quickly absorb information, conceptual and creative problem-solving excellence.
10-12 years of banking, product/financial services and/or Transaction Monitoring experience would be preferred.
4-5 years of team handling experience is mandatory.
