This role is located in PUNE, MH - HYBRID.Business Analyst – Derivatives Investment OperationsPurpose:(brief statement of why the role exists, what it is expected to achieve for the business)Assisting in derivatives projects for new and existing custody business clients. Using their knowledge of BNYM's custody, accounting, and outsourcing capabilities, develop the model to support a new or existing client's derivative servicing need.Document the model and review it with internal and/or external operational or technology groups.Produce the list of tasks required to achieve go live. Develop test plans, and undertake or oversee the testing, in conjunction with the client, Project Managers in order to prove out the model before 'go live'. Report and manage bug list as a result of testing.In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Detailed product knowledge of most commonly traded derivative instruments, both OTC and Exchange TradedAwareness of the Derivatives securities market industry updatesInitiative – candidates should be capable of picking up tasks and delivering with minimal supervision.Agile Mindset - experience in Agile methodologies, tools and disciplines - lead by example mentalityAnalytical Skills – should be able to work with large data set, ask insightful questions and come up with use cases, scenarios, and workflows.
