We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Client Processing Manager I to join our Issuer Loan Services team. This role is located in Pune, MH – HYBRID.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
To manage a team of 20-30 FTE.
Monitor / Track Daily deliverables.
Conduct 121 for the team members.
Spot check, Escalation management.
Audit, Business resiliency readiness.
Staff performance management.
Act as an SME with the strong process knowledge and be a role model.
70% people management. 30% processing.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
Commerce / Finance Graduate, MBA
Experience in CLO / CDO / Loan Syndication
Experience Cash reconciliation, Investment banking, Capital markets
7-12yrs. of People manger experience
