We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President Client Processing I to join our Pershing India Operations team. This role is located in Pune, MH - Hybrid.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways
Responsible for reconciliations, including reconciling cash breaks, position differences, and gathering and compiling data.
Reviews and approves, Supervises complex, manual processing of updates to client accounts or company records based on trade corrections received through Service Centers
Review and check work of other Client Processing Support staff and help resolve escalated issues.
Ensure deadlines and service levels are met.
Works closely with technology and systems teams to ensure the system is efficient and incorporates any necessary risk mitigations.
Responsible for the quality and completion of own work.
Responsible to actively provide MIS data on team's performance as well as on day to day work to the senior management
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
Bachelor's degree preferred. 12-15 years of total work experience preferred.
Experience in end to end trade cycle prefe
Advanced Excel skill preferred.
In depth knowledge of the securities industry.
15 years of total work experience in reconciliation which includes at least 5 years of managerial experience
Problem solving skills and excellent client service skills.
