This role is located in Pune Maharashtra, Hybrid/Flex.BNY Mellon Asset Servicing Sales Support team is spread across the globe with specialists in various roles such as Designers, RFP Writers, and Sales Partners. The team manages internal execution of business development deals and delivers high quality and accurate proposal fully compliant with internal and external rules/guidelines. Shift Timings: EMEA (IST)In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: The Asset Servicing Sales Partner is a key role in supporting the business development strategy and achieving revenue targets for the AS business. Sales Partners are responsible for overseeing the deal management process and ensuring high quality delivery in all interactions with clients/prospects. The role supports the deal lifecycle from market planning and supporting prospecting campaigns, opportunity development and deal management.The core function of the role is to support pipeline opportunities and to ensure world class sales execution. The Sales Partner will support deals generated by sales executives and in cases lead manage opportunities originating from business / client executives, relationship managers and deals sourced via consultants / direct from the marketplace. The Sales Partner should develop cross selling initiatives with relationship management teams and supporting cross sales activities. Sales partner will have a strong technical background in specific bank products /businesses. The Sales Partner ensures hand over to relationship management and business change is a well-coordinated and seamless process.To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: The role requires a detailed understanding of the company's asset servicing businesses and an understanding of all stages of the sales process. The Sales Partner needs to be highly organized, able to engage with senior management and clients in a sales environment and possess highly effective communication and negotiation skills. Must have 10-12 experience in institutional sales and marketing developing and implementing strategies. Asset servicing experience preferred. Should be aware marketing concepts and tools.High problem-solving skills needed since this role requires dealing with lot of abstract ideas and concepts. The role has high impact since it helps drive revenue for the company.Candidate should have extremely good interpersonal skills since this role with very senior people in the organization.At BNY Mellon, our inclusive culture speaks for itself.
