We're seeking a future team member for the role ofVice President, Application Development Manager IIto join our Asset servicing team. This role is inPune, MH – HYBRID.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:?
Design and architecture for solutions built as part of the project with particular focus on developing a sustainable DevOps model
Manage and oversee the contributions of developers across teams
Accountable for the code produced by the team - code quality, test coverage and compliance to cyber security standards
Set coding standards/ best practices within the team.
Work closely with program manager/product owner on grooming stories, backlog prioritization and tracking and communicating progress
Face off to and manage business and technology stakeholders across the organization, including product owners, other technology teams and technology/business management.
Follow and promote Agile practices especially Scrum
Ensure consistency with and synergy across the global platform by collaborating regularly with peers.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:?
Advanced knowledge of Distributed Architectures, Event Driven Design and Microservices
Experienced in Scrum and Agile Methodologies
Experienced in Java, Spring, Relational Databases, MQ and Kafka
Expertise in design and development patterns and anti-patterns
Ability to drive the quality coding and hands on experience with tools such as Sonar, Check style, PMD, Find Bugs
Ability to collaborate with high-performing teams and individuals throughout the firm to accomplish common goals
Knowledge of front-end technologies like Angular JS, webpack would be desirable
