Job Description:- 2 8 yrs of experience in US IT Recruitment in either IT/ Engineering/Telecom field requirements, should a good understanding of US staffing/Hiring full life cycle (for Contract & full time position).- Strong experience in tax terms ( W2, C2C & 1099)- Negotiations and relationship building skills- Strong understanding on US Time Zones (PST, CST & EST), geography and market compensation trends- Should have master level experience in various sourcing techniques like Job baords Dice, Career Builder, Monster abd social media based sourcing like LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Over flow e.t.c.,- Strong experience working on Fulltime and W2 positions dealing with US Citizens, Green Cards, and H1B candidates.- Must be proficient in recruiting techniques like Head Hunting, target-based recruiting, Networking Sites, Referrals, and Internet-Based recruiting Tools.- Meeting targets and SLAs on a daily/weekly/quarterly basis- Experience working on ATS tools- Should have knowledge of US visa types & work authorizations.- Looking for immediate joiners with Good Communication Skills.Education:MBA & B.Tech GraduatesWhat we offer:- Market Competitive offer- Great working environment- Industry best incentive structure (based on performance)Role & responsibilities
