1-2 years experience in Customer Support & coordination
Should be able to Coordinate with customers for Delivery of Goods, Service related issues, Escalations & coordinate with HO
INternal coordination with Logistics & Factory for the status of goods delivery
collect customer feedback & share with Marketing
Industry - BPO, Insurance, Hospitality, Hospitals,
KNOwledge if MS Word, Excel is required
