We arelooking for Turnkey Site & Installation Manager
You'll make a difference by:
The Turnkey Site & Installation Manager is responsible for organizing the project installation works, in close coordination with the Installation Managers from the subsystems/lots
Managing the site offices and storage for the project
Working closely with the EHS team to ensure a safe environment and working conditions for the team, including subcontractors
Ensuring that the installed works conform to the installation procedures, the QA/QC system, and the time schedule in place
Optimizing the coordination of the installation works between subsystems/lots to maximize efficiency
Managing the resources (human and material) at the site and providing the subsystems/lots with the requested site access
Organizing the tasks during the installation in a competent and consistent way, so that all key activities are properly controlled
Desired Skills:
Civil Work Engineering degree or equivalent
Minimum of 8 years of experience as a site manager in installation works
Validated experience in rail construction management.
Knowledge and experience with international contracts.
Leadership, initiative, and decision-making skills.
Team spirit and good communication skills.
Perfect knowledge of the concreted rail system in terms of installation.
Good knowledge of other activities upstream of rail installation, such as civil works, survey, and topography
Knowledge of downstream activities, such as Power Supply and Maintenance, will be an advantage
Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing English, Hindi is a very valuable asset
Main interfaces: Internal: Project Delivery Director, System Engineering, System Interface Manager, Lots Installation Teams, Site Managers.
