Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Training Supervisor to join our team in thehospitality industry. The ideal candidate will be passionate about learning and development,possess excellent team management skills, and have a strategic mindset for implementingtraining programs that enhance the skills and performance of our staff.Responsibilities:Learning and Development:Develop comprehensive training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge ofhotel staff, including front desk personnel, housekeeping staff, and food andbeverage service teams.Design and deliver engaging training sessions using a variety of methods, includingpresentations, role-playing, and hands-on activities.Continuously assess training needs and update programs to ensure they align withindustry standards and best practices.Engaging Personality:Create a positive and motivating learning environment that encourages activeparticipation and fosters a culture of continuous learning.Build rapport with staff members to establish trust and facilitate open communicationduring training sessions.Provide constructive feedback and coaching to support the professional developmentof team members.Team Management:Supervise a team of trainers and training assistants, providing guidance and supportto ensure the effective delivery of training programs.Coordinate training schedules and resources to optimise efficiency and minimisedisruption to hotel operations.Monitor the performance of training staff and provide regular performanceevaluations and coaching sessions.Strategic Planning & Implementation:Collaborate with department heads and HR personnel to identify training needs anddevelop long-term training strategies that align with the hotel's business objectives.Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback mechanisms,performance metrics, and employee assessments.Make recommendations for improvements and adjustments to training initiativesbased on feedback and evaluation results.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Human Resources, or a related field.Proven experience in training and development, preferably in the hospitality industry.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage andmotivate diverse groups of individuals.Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a keen attention todetail.HR Arup- 8595924908[Confidential Information]Apply-https://www.job24by7.com/register
