You'll make a difference by:
·Manage EIB loads in Workday for hire to retire business processes
·Understand Workday business process configurations and perform EIB loads as per configuration workbooks
·Manage the workday EIB loads volume via a ticket management system (ServiceNow)
·Interact with requestors across different regions i.e. ASEAN, ANZ, MEA, Korea, UK, and India
Your success is grounded in:
·Good MS Excel knowledge.
·Excellent verbal & written communication skills
·Ability to work as a team player
·Must have an eye for detail

·Should have a process excellence mindset
