Territory Manager

POSITION PURPOSE:
To Produce commercial (Hybrid) Seeds, at the required quality as per the commercial seeds production plan by monitoring field production activities in his assign Territory. 

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for Planning at Territory level the Production of defined Hybrids commercial Seeds in coordination with Squad and ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality standards.
Accountable for commercial seeds field production monitoring growers' fields in assign territory.
Accountable for providing seeds production guidance to growers and ensure that seeds production is done as per Bayer POP/SOP/WI.
Responsible for Optimizes production by utilizing the best available technology so as to ensure defined quality specifications are maintained and required quantity is produced.
Ensures and enforces the compliance, at his level, to all local and company regulation/guidelines for CSP concerning QHSE, Sustainability (Child Labor Care, etc)...
Value added to the success of the company.
Produce commercial seeds with high quality standard.
Optimize seeds productivity & cost. 
Meet the production target to further contribute to the Production plan. 
Representing Bayer company at farmer's level

Key Working Relations
Interfaces with other functions of RC production– SPR /Plant operations
Strong interface, direct working with growers
Interfaces strongly with Organizers, Sub Organizers and Growers.
Good working relationship and knowledge sharing with pears.

WHO YOU ARE:
Academic Qualifications:  Master's degree in agriculture sciences from reputed Institute 
Experience: Minimum 1-3 Year experience in Hybrid  Rice seed production
A strong knowledge of Agriculture /seed production preferably in Hybrid Rice Seed production. 
Good Inter Persona Skills and Good Communication 
Good Planning / Organizing and meeting timeline.
Ability to manage the seeds production crop without direct supervision.
