Job Overview:Hungry Brain, a leader in early brain development programs for newborns, is seeking a dynamic and empathetic Tele caller to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 6 months of experience; this role involves engaging with parents and addressing their concerns. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our mission of nurturing young minds.We are growing rapidly and in our organization and the growth are high for the right candidate.Key Responsibility Area:Conduct outbound calls to parents, introducing them to Hungry Brain's early brain development programs.Ability to understand the Parents (Customers) requirement and present our program in such a way that matches the Parents requirement.Ensuring proper follow up, updating tasks and CRM and call recordings.Processing all Parents purchases accordingly.Managing Parents accounts by ensuring that existing Parents remain satisfied with company product and services.Developing and sustaining solid relationships with Parents to repeat business.Using sales methods preferred by the company to drive sales.To develop relations with customers that will generate references.Qualifications:Minimum Education Graduation/HSC PassedGood Listening Skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with parents on an emotional level.Advantage for candidate who can speak Tamil, Telugu, or Kannada to effectively communicate with parents and create a more personalized experience.Empathy and patience in handling sensitive situations and conversations.
