Telesales Executive

Key Responsibilities:Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases.Present and promote our service offerings to prospective leads and direct them to thebranch level of sales team.Understand customer needs and effectively communicate our offerings to meet those needs effectively and close the sales.Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.Maintain data on their CRM software and use it effectively for improving business leads.Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas.Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.Languages:Good communication inHindi and Kannada mandatory; Good communication in English is an added advantage.
