Location: DelhiPosition Overview:As a Tele Sales Representative, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via telephone to promote our range of loan products and services. Your primary goal will be to generate leads, qualify prospects, and close sales deals while providing excellent customer service.Key Responsibilities:Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce our loan products and services.Identify customer needs and recommend suitable loan options based on their financial requirements.Explain product features, benefits, and terms to potential customers in a clear and concise manner.Guide customers through the application process and assist with documentation requirements.Follow up with leads and maintain ongoing communication to nurture relationships and secure sales.Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the company.Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding loan inquiries, eligibility criteria, and application status.Maintain comprehensive records of all sales activities, including customer interactions and sales outcomesRequirements:Previous experience in tele sales or customer service roles, preferably in the financial services industry.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers over the phone.Proven sales track record with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work towards targets.Knowledge of loan products, lending processes, and financial regulations is advantageous.Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills to close sales deals effectively.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in finance or related fields is a plus.
