Tele Sales Executive

Role & Responsibilities:
1. Work experience as a Tele-Caller, Telemarketer, or a similar role in the Sales Department.
2. Professional certification sales and marketing will be an advantage.
3. Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills and able to handle rejections.
5. Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company.
6. Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications
7. Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services.
