Fresher welcome. Prior experience in tele-calling/ NGO would be an added advantage.
Contact donors to collect donation.
Should be able to explain the donation benefits to the donors
Obtain donor information.
Addressing donor queries.
Donor follows up and feedback post initial communication.
Record donors transaction details of the donation made online.
Schedule appointments for donation collection.
