Barracuda Networks is currently looking for a highly motivated and excited Support Technician with computer and networking knowledge, to provide quality support of our superb networking and security products to our customers and partners. This role will be an entry-level front-line facing position where you will understand, document, and troubleshoot the customers' product support issues over email, phone, and chat mediums. This position will work within a team covering the DACH region and will report into the Technical Support Manager.
What you'll be working on
Interface with customers at a high volume to solve their issues.
Document, escalate, and follow through with product bugs and/or issues
Create, revise and publish internal and public-facing product solutions
Develop your skills in network and security products through ongoing training

What you bring to the role
Basic networking experience - technical understanding of servers and networking technologies such as TCP/IP, Routing, DHCP
A good understanding of IT Networking
Security background is a plus
Fluent German Speaking
A customer-centric focus - you always aim to make the customer happy
Strong troubleshooting/problem resolution skills

Barracuda Networks sucht derzeit einen hochmotivierten und begeisterten Support-Techniker mit Computer- und Netzwerkkenntnissen, um qualitativ hochwertigen Support für unsere hervorragenden Netzwerk- und Sicherheitsprodukte für unsere Kunden und Partner zu bieten. Diese Rolle ist eine Einstiegsposition in der ersten Linie, bei der Sie die Support-Anfragen der Kunden per E-Mail, Telefon und Chat verstehen, dokumentieren und lösen. Diese Position wird in einem Team arbeiten, das die DACH-Region abdeckt und an den Technischen Support-Manager berichtet.
Ihre Aufgaben:
Kontaktaufnahme mit Kunden in hoher Frequenz, um deren Probleme zu lösen

Dokumentation, Eskalation und Nachverfolgung von Produktfehlern und/oder Problemen

Erstellung, Überarbeitung und Veröffentlichung von internen und öffentlich zugänglichen Produktlösungen

Entwicklung Ihrer Fähigkeiten in Netzwerk- und Sicherheitsprodukten durch kontinuierliche Schulungen

Ihr Profil:
Grundlegende Netzwerkerfahrung - technisches Verständnis von Servern und Netzwerktechnologien wie TCP/IP, Routing, DHCP

Gutes Verständnis von IT-Netzwerken

Sicherheitskenntnisse sind von Vorteil

Fließendes Deutsch in Wort und Schrift

Kundenorientierung - Sie haben stets das Ziel, den Kunden zufrieden zu stellen

Starke Fähigkeiten zur Fehlerbehebung und Problemlösung
