Job OverviewWe are looking for a Global Shared Service/Tech Support Specialists who would be responsible for working directly with company's customers having excellent communication and problem-solving skills, instruct best practices, and resolve technical problems when using products and services.Job ResponsibilitiesResolving customer queries, recommending solutions and guiding product users through features and functionalities.
