Employ various channels such as networking, referrals, and proactive outreach to build and maintain strong candidate pipelines.3. **Full Recruitment Lifecycle**: Drive the entire recruitment process, from initial candidate engagement to offer negotiation and onboarding. Ensure a seamless and efficient process while providing an exceptional candidate experience.4. **Cross-functional Partnership**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate a smooth recruitment process and alignment between hiring needs and organizational goals.5. **Continuous Improvement**: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously enhance sourcing strategies and recruitment processes.Requirements:1. **Educational Background**: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, providing a foundational understanding of recruitment principles and practices.2. **Proven Experience**: Demonstrated success as a Technical Recruiter or similar role, with a deep understanding of technical skills and requirements. Previous experience in sourcing and attracting top technical talent in competitive markets is essential.3. **Communication and Interpersonal Skills**: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are necessary to build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams.4. **Self-motivation and Results Orientation**: Possess a self-motivated and results-oriented mindset, with a passion for driving continuous improvement in recruitment processes and outcomes.5. **Technical Proficiency**: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools is preferred, enabling efficient management of candidate data and recruitment workflows.
