Job Summary
The Renewal Quoting team is responsible for helping Renewal Specialists and Customer Success Managers identify and execute on sales opportunities and provide renewal quotations for the Hybrid Cloud and Public Cloud customers. As a Program Manager, you are responsible for planning and managing programs related to the Renewal Quoting programs. The team is accountable of enabling success of renewal AOP for NetApp. This role is a pivotal role in driving transformational approach to renewals quoting operations.
Job Responsibilities
The role focuses on building programs to drive success of Renewal specialists/Customer Success and to improve quoting processes and systems. You will focus on identifying and assessing gaps to drive inside service renewal sales productivity and success criteria. Based on your findings, you will design and implement process changes in our core tools, suggest modifications to policies, rules of engagement, compensation plans and benchmark inside sales people against key drivers of productivity. In parallel, you are accountable for driving process and system improvement to reduce renewal quoting SLAs and are directly responsible for the Renewal quoting team's success. As a member of the team you will work with cross-functional teams from various organizations within NetApp to drive the overall success of the renewal programs. This is a challenging position with the opportunity to directly impact the effectiveness and success of the sales organization and customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- Prior experience with Renewal Quoting, renewal business and/ or with Installed base churn activities is a must
- A proven record for improving inside sales rep productivity by focusing on systems, process, and programs
- Design and implement process changes in our core tools, suggest modifications to policies, rules of engagement, compensation plans and benchmark inside sales against key drivers of productivity
- A passion for data analytics Experience with defining, planning, and operationalizing large initiatives is a must
- Hands on experience where you have been personally responsible for recommending and implementing process improvements.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively, and act in a lead role as a subject matter expert, within a team environment to meet aggressive goals and pre-defined measurement criteria
- Have worked in the high-tech industry with clear familiarity with go-to-market strategies
- A Creative and thought through approach to problem solving
- Demonstrated Program Management experience and project execution success
Experience
- Typically preferred 2-5 years of experience range
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent work experience
- Experience in developing programs and processes that directly create customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Renewal Quoting experience is a must. PMP Certification is a plus
