We are currently seeking a Technical P&C - L3 Production Support to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana (IN-TG), India (IN).
Shift timing coverage 1.30pm to 11.30 pm.
5+ years of relevant hands-on experience as Techno-functional personsupporting Production support team (Application support) in Property & Causality insurance domain (commercial Lines insurance experience especially Workers' comp, Auto, GL, Property, packaged policies.)
Strong exposure to WINS or any other P&C insurance Policy Decisions application & functional knowledge
Working experience on the INSURITY Tool especially on the Policy Decisions application.
Good hands-on experience in any of the Incident Management tools like ServiceNow etc.
Strong communication andstakeholder management skills
