We are seeking an
experienced Talent Acquisition Campus Recruiter with 5-8 years of experience to
join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting
and engaging with students and graduates from top universities. They will play
a crucial role in building relationships with academic institutions, enhancing
campus branding, and attracting young talent to Siemens Energy India Limited.
Key Responsibilities:
Campus Recruitment Strategy:
Develop and implement effective
campus recruitment strategies to attract top talent from leading
universities and colleges.
Partner with academic
institutions to build and maintain strong relationships with career
services, faculty, and student organizations.
Organize and participate in
campus recruitment events, including career fairs, info sessions,
workshops, and campus interviews.
Candidate Sourcing and
Engagement:
Identify and engage with
potential candidates through various campus recruitment channels.
Conduct on-campus and virtual
presentations to promote Siemens Energy as an employer of choice.
Develop and maintain a pipeline
of qualified candidates for internships, co-op programs, and entry-level
positions.
Campus Branding:
Develop and execute campus
branding initiatives to enhance Siemens Energy's visibility and
reputation as a top employer among students and graduates.
Create and distribute engaging
marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and social media
content.
Collaborate with the marketing
and communications team to ensure consistent and effective messaging
across all campus recruitment channels.
Interviewing and Selection:
Conduct initial screenings and
interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural
fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews
with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
Utilize assessment tools and
techniques to evaluate candidates' skills and potential.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong
relationships with university career services, faculty, and student
organizations.
Serve as the main point of
contact for students and graduates throughout the recruitment process.
Provide regular updates and
feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
Program Development:
Develop and manage internship
and co-op programs to provide meaningful work experiences for students.
Collaborate with HR and business
leaders to identify and create entry-level job opportunities.
Ensure a smooth transition for
interns and co-op students into full-time roles upon graduation.
Data and Reporting:
Track and analyze key campus
recruitment metrics, such as the number of hires, conversion rates, and
diversity statistics.
Prepare and present regular
reports on campus recruitment activity, trends, and challenges to senior
management.
Identify areas for improvement
and implement changes to enhance the campus recruitment process.
Our requirements –
5-8 years of experience in talent
acquisition, with a focus on campus recruitment.
Proven track record of
successfully recruiting and hiring students and graduates from top
universities.
Strong sourcing and networking
skills, with experience using various recruitment tools and platforms.
Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with
candidates and academic stakeholders.
Strong organizational and time
management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Knowledge of employment laws and
regulations.
Experience with applicant
tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
