Excellent reporting skills ,should be able to create insights on recruitment pipeline, sourcing channels .
Strong LinkedIn recruitment skills and should have limited dependencies on Naukri and other mass job boards.
Should have worked on recruitment through Employee referral.
Prior experience of managing minimum 10 or above recruiters. Should be efficient in stakeholder management. Should be extremely good with presentation and data analysis. Should have experience in handling critical tech roles like android security,  cyber security etc. Should have experience in performance management /succession planning, requirement planning etc. Experience in SLA Management.
