Job Description:
As a Recruiter at Vialto, you will take the lead in driving the growth of the region by effectively implementing and managing our recruitment strategies. Your primary focus will be on establishing and nurturing sustainable talent pipelines, attracting top-tier talent, and fostering diversity across all organizational levels.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with local leaders to understand strategic growth plans and successfully deliver recruitment strategies that align with these objectives, ensuring a positive experience for candidates and hiring teams.
Market Intelligence: Utilize market intelligence data to develop robust recruitment strategies tailored to each location, focusing on both experienced and early-career roles.
Proactive Sourcing: Drive activities that enhance proactive sourcing efforts to increase the number of quality candidates through networking, competitive sourcing, referrals, and early-career initiatives.
Industry Trends: Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging recruitment trends to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
Process Optimization:Support the implementation of Talent Acquisition tools, optimize recruitment processes, and monitor talent market trends and competitor activities.
